Chain Drug Review - Risperdal request
Janssen Pharmaceutica Products LP has asked the Food and Drug Administration to approve a longer-acting version of Risperdal, its antipsychotic drug. Risperdal would be the first medication of its type available in a formulation suitable for long-term use and administration once every two weeks (as opposed to the current once-daily pill).
